Return Policy

Our company will be glad to return or exchange any products, which have not been opened. Only merchandise returned in original, unworn condition, tags attached would be eligible for exchanges or refunds. Any received merchandise not meeting these qualifications will be returned at the customer's expense.

Shipping Details

All shipments will be Ground Shipped - therefore please allow for 7-10 business days.

For oversized packages shipping charges as well as time span will require more time for shipment and incur additional shipment charges.

* All lingerie and swim wear is considered custom order, please allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Damaged Product / Manufacture Defect

In the unlikely event you receive merchandise from us, which is damaged or has a manufacture defect, we will gladly exchange the product for you free of all charges. We will cover the shipping fees to return the product to us, as well as the shipping fees to send you your new merchandise.

Exchanges

In the event you require an exchange, we will gladly exchange your merchandise for another item of your choice.* Shipping fees to return the product to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees to ship the new merchandise to the customer will also be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged merchandise will be shipped with as soon as possible.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money*. Purchases made via customer's credit card will be returned to the customer's credit card within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise**. Shipping fees to return the purchase to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable. In the event / possibility you received free shipping via one of our (possible) free shipping promotions, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.

If returning a package to us, we require using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. We will not be held liable or responsible for any lost packages returned to us.

(We also strongly recommend ensuring your package has appropriate shipping insurance. If your return package is damaged on route to us, our company will not be held liable. The package will be returned to the sender. It will be the sender's responsibility to contact their shipping provider to collect insurance).

Products we will not refund under no circumstances:

* Our company is committed to providing our consumers with excellent products and service(s). All sales of panties, pantyhose, bodysuits, thongs, bathing suit bottoms, toy cleaners, herbal pills/enhancements, enhancement sprays and such intimate items are final and no returns will be accepted. Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing these items. Due to hygienic purposes and laws, there are no exceptions, our company will not return or exchange these items. Please be sure to contact us through our website if this is not clear before placing your orders.

*For herbal pills/enhancements, enhancement sprays, lubricants please see Section 1.4 for clearer and further details.

** Merchandise must be in original unopened, untorn packaging; tags must be attached on garments; seals and closure mechanisms must still be on products and untorn. If merchandise returned does not meet any of the restrictions / requirements (not limiting to and including negligence) mentioned in this declaimer will not be refunded or exchanged and consumer will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours, explaining why merchandise will not be returned or exchanged. If consumer wishes to obtain the merchandise back -the shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer. If the consumer does not wish to have this denied item returned, there will be no other action taken and the complaint (exchange/refund) will become null and void. Please be sure to contact us through our website if this is not clear before placing your orders.

Therefore, our company is not liable for any allergic reactions (including but not limiting to rashes, reactions, irritation, infection(s), hospitalization and death). It is the consumer's responsibility to discard or discontinue the use of these product(s) if any of the abovementioned occurs . The consumer understands that it is his/her/their responsibility to consult with a doctor before taking any oral enhancements, especially if they have heart problems, high blood pressure, or use (any) prescription drugs.
